Dr Oz’s Magic Breakfast Blaster Smoothie Recipe

Doctor Oz gave a recipe for his Magical Breakfast Blaster smoothie recipe with blueberries, flaxseed oil, bananas, soy protein, and psyllium seed husks.  Dr Oz, who is of course an expert in marketing, said that your kids will love to drink this for breakfast because it has the word Magic in its name and it is a pretty purple color from the blueberries.  I am definitely excited to try this as part of Dr Oz’s Ultimate Diet.
