Dr Oz made some delicious looking Tilapia Tacos on the Doctor Oz Show with Liz Josefsberg from Weight Watchers.  They recreated LA Tacos to be healthy by replacing a deep fried shell with corn tortillas, and the beef was replaced by healthy tilapia fish filets.  Here is the full recipe:

Dr Oz: Taco Recipe

Ingredients:

4 tilapia filets

2 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp ground cumin

Freshly ground pepper

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil

8 small (6 inch) corn tortillas

2 cups pico de gallo sauce (onions, tomatoes, jalapenos)

1/4 cup cilantro

2 limes

4 tbsp low-fat sour cream

Dr Oz: Fish Taco Recipe

Directions:

1.  Rub each tilapia filet with the spice mixture of cumin powder, chili, salt and pepper.

2.  Saute the tilapia in a pan with some olive oil for 5 minutes on one side and 3-4 minutes on the other side.

3.  Slice the fish into strips for the tacos.

4.  Fill each of the tortillas with tilapia fish strips, pico de gallo, low fat sour cream and garnishes like cilantro and lime.
