Plus, instead of serving this tuna salad with bread or crackers, Rachael Ray served it to Dr Oz in a Romaine Lettuce Wrap to make it even more Diet-Friendly!

Rachael Ray’s Spinach Artichoke Tuna Salad Wrap Recipe
Ingredients:
4 (5 oz) cans tuna in water, drained and flaked
1 clove garlic, minced into a paste
Juice of 1 lemon
1 (10 oz) box of frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and wrung dry
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts in water, diced
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
8 hearts of romaine (optional)

Directions:
1. Mix the tuna with the lemon, spinach, garlic, red onion, artichoke hearts, extra virgin olive oil, pepper and salt.
2. Serve by scooping spoonfuls of the Spinach Artichoke Tuna Salad into full romaine lettuce leaves. Or if you prefer, you can eat the tuna salad in a sandwich or just by itself.
