David Held was on Doctor Oz’s show to teach us how to make heart healthy recipes.  After David Held had open heart surgery, he revamped his lifestyle to be healthier and to include a low fat diet.  Salmon is great for your heart because of all of the omega fats in it.  This salmon recipe could not be easier (especially for those of us on the run) and it sounds delicious and will be a great addition to a healthy diet plan!
