Dr Oz did a segment with Rachael Ray where she taught everyone how to make delicious, healthy, and budget-friendly recipes.  One of the dishes was Rachael Ray’s Grilled Chicken Thighs with Rosemary White Beans and Tomato Onion Salad.  A great tip from this recipe is that you can stretch your protein in a meal by using beans, which are inexpensive compared to chicken.  Plus, by using chicken thighs, you will save quite a bit of money over chicken breasts.  However, I personally only like to eat chicken breasts, so I would make that substitution in my kitchen.
