Doctor Oz brought the Kitchen Diva (Angela Medearis) onto the Dr Oz television show to teach us how to make healthy buttermilk recipes. Buttermilk sounds unhealthy, and so I always assumed that you should avoid buttermilk while on a diet… I guess it is because of the word “butter” in buttermilk. But there is no butter in buttermilk, and in fact there are live microorganisms in buttermilk, somewhat like yogurt, which makes buttermilk great for helping boost you immune system and for helping in the process of digestion.

Hey there, I was reading your post and I just wanted to thank you for putting out such great content. There is so much nonsense on the internet these days its hard to find anything worthwhile. I actually have cooked this recipe before, I got this book last month on recommendation from a friend http://ninjahq.com/go/cookingrecipes and it turned out quite nice! I’m very eager to try your variation of it though, it looks excellent. I think you might enjoy those recipes, they’re very good. Thanks for the article and tips.
