And what are buffalo wings without celery sticks and blue cheese dipping sauce??? Here is a healthy version of blue cheese dressing!

Ingredients for Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce:

– 1/3 cup cottage cheese, reduced-fat
– 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
– 2 TB skim milk

Directions for Blue Cheese Dressing:

1.  Blend in a blender (or food processor) all of the ingredients, except for the blue cheese crumbles.
2.  Stir in the blue cheese.
