A great diet tip to learn from this recipe is to cup back on mayonnaise in your recipes by using half mayo and half Greek Yogurt.  When you add a bunch of spices to your dressing, you will never notice the greek yogurt and you will cut back on tons of fat and calories – great Weight Loss Tip!
