Dr. Oz’s Pineapple Banana Protein Blaster Smoothie Recipe
Dr. Oz gave Reggie’s great recipe for a Pineapple Banana Protein Blaster fruit smoothie. I have always loved the combination of strawberries and bananas, as well as the combination of pineapple and coconut (like pina coladas), but this drink really sounds amazing because it combines bananas, strawberries and pineapple with protein… so it should taste amazing as well as be very healthy. Can’t wait to give this smoothie a try!

Dr. Oz’s Pineapple Banana Protein Blaster Smoothie Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup low-fat soy milk (I’m thinking of trying vanilla soy milk rather than plain… what do you think?)
- 1 can crushed pineapple (drain out the juice)
- 1/2 cup pineapple sorbet (I think it is called pineapple sherbet in my grocery store)
- 2 TB Soy Protein Powder or Creamy Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
- 1/2 cup strawberries (I use frozen strawberries for my smoothies when berries aren’t in season)
Blend in a blender until smooth, and drink right away. There is around 207 calories per serving.
