Rocco DiSpirito Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:

1 rack baby back ribs

Salt and pepper to taste

1 onion, sliced

Garlic

Paprika

Liquid smoke

Ketchup

Red wine vinegar

Dr Oz BBQ Ribs Recipe

Directions:

1.  Remove all of the fat from a rack of Baby Back Ribs.

2.  Season the ribs with salt and pepper.

3.  Put the ribs onto a big piece of aluminum foil.

4.  Combine the BBQ sauce ingredients in a bowl: the ketchup, red wine vinegar, liquid smoke and smokey paprika.

5.  Pour the sauce over the baby back ribs, making sure to coat all sides of the ribs.

6.  Sprinkle the onions and garlic on top of the ribs.

7.  Fold the foil the create a pouch around the baby back ribs.

8.  Put the aluminum pouch packet with ribs onto the grill for about 30 minutes, or bake it in the over for 30 minutes at 475 degrees, followed by 60 minutes at 275 degrees.
