Doctor Oz brought Annie on his show to teach us how she lost lots of weight be making healthy copycat dishes that mimic the unhealthy recipes she used to love.

Dr. Oz & Annie Breakfast Smoothie:

Ingredients:
- Fruit like strawberries, raspberries, bananas, blueberries (fruit can be fresh or frozen)
- Water
- Flaxseed Oil
- Psyllium Powder
- Soy Protein Powder

Annie and Dr. Oz said that you have to play with the amounts to get it to taste right.  I saw an episode of Alton Brown’s Good Eats show, and there he recommended using 4 ounces of all ingredients in a smoothie.  So that might be a starting point!
