Billy gave great recipes for a healthy chocolate breakfast brownie pancake, organic healthy alternatives to peanut butter cups and this recipe for a copycat peanut butter and jelly (PB&J) made healthy by using whole wheat crackers instead of bread and sugar-free jelly.

Billy Germanakos’ Recipe for Healthy Faux Peanut Butter & Jelly (PB&J)
Ingredients:
- 2 whole wheat crackers
- 1 spoon Organic, Sugar Free, Peanut Butter
- 1 spoon Sugar Free Jelly
Directions:
1. Spread your spoonful of Organic, Sugar Free, Peanut Butter on one whole wheat cracker.
2. Spread your spoonful of sugar free jelly on another whole wheat cracker.
3. Put the two crackers together and you have a healthy version of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich!
