Dr Oz did a show called the Secrets of the Skinny, and 3 women who lost a total of 500 pounds shared their secrets to losing weight and keeping it off.  Each of them shared some of their favorite recipes, and this Healthy Ranch Dressing Recipe is one of them.  It is so creative and sounds absolutely delicious, plus it is kid friendly so I cannot wait to try it out on my family!  Who knew that losing weight and eating healthy could be so much fun! Ingredients:

1 envelope ranch dressing mix

1 cup non-fat milk

1 cup non-fat plain yogurt

Directions:

1.  Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl (the ranch dressing mix, yogurt and milk).

2.  Place the dressing in the fridge for an hour so that the flavors can mix together.

3.  Serve it chilled.
